Whether the occasion is après ski (not so much for us here in Perth but we dream), Christmas in July or a bonfire when camping in the bush, Gluhwein is simply warm joy in a mug. So simple to make with the help of Gewürzhaus Glühwein spice. Just heat 1 bottle of red wine with 60g of sugar and 2 teaspoons of Glühwein spice. (which is best put into a single use infuser bag which we include with every Glühwein spice order). For a superior taste try using vanilla bean sugar. Take caution not to boil, and heat through for approx 15-20 minutes before serving to taste.
