Known as mulled wine in English, Glühwein is winter magic in a glass! It warms hands and souls during Germany's cold winter months. Simply heat 1 bottle of red wine with 60g of sugar and 2 teaspoons of Glühwein spice, which is best put into a single use infuser bag. For best results, use Vanilla Bean Sugar. Take caution not to boil, and heat through for approx 15-20 minutes before serving.to taste.
