For our third VIP night we were lucky enough for fine weather. For our VIPs that came from work we were able to enjoy drinks outside as the sun went down.
Inside the standouts from the night were the maison blanche candles with many scents and sizes selling out. We took pre-orders for the gorgeous Australian Christmas 014 scent which are available for purchase now.
We showcased new Marimekko products including a new teapot pattern with matching mugs, coasters, chic unikko placemats and socks - we have taken feedback received on the night on board that we should get a few pairs in smaller sizes and we’ll have them in stock by the end of the year :)
As the night went on VIPs bought a selection of products from the New Zealand made Smith & Co range. With distinctive black & white branding and packaging and an attractive price point this range has been really popular either as gifts or for oneself.
We served burek throughout the evening and we converted all who tried it to the delicious pastries made from a thin flaky dough and found in cuisines of the former ottoman empire.
Another highlight was the Boska cheese curler which we repurposed to a chocolate curler for the night (we wish our two VIPs who took the Boska cheese curler’s home much fun with their novel kitchen gadget!)
