In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase from kettu please contact us at hello@kettu.com.au within 7 days from delivery so that we can resolve any issues.

If an item is faulty or not as described we will offer a full refund, the option to exchange the item or a store credit in accordance with your consumer rights.

Rest assured all orders are carefully checked and beautifully wrapped before being sent.

Please note that shipping charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the faulty item to kettu. kettu may however reimburse any reasonable documented shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty.

We recommend that you return the product to us via registered post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Kettu is not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
