Handmade Suri Bowl (Grinding Mortar and Pestle)
A grinding bowl known as suribachi is a common tool in Japanese cooking, for grinding and mashing food.
The jagged surface inside the bowl makes it easy for grinding but also leaves enough texture in the ingredients.
Suri bowls are perfect for making guacamole dip, mashed potato, spice mix, in miso making, and more.
They are handmade ceramics with a silicone base to prevent slipping, and can also be used to serve food.
Available in black (medium) or white (small).
