Its easy as: 

    Step 1. Place your Sustee in your desired pot
    Step 2. Water
    Step 3. Wait 
    Step 4. Once your Sustee window turns blue your plant is hydrated
    Step 5. Wait till your Sustee turns back to white before watering again 💦

Sizes:

Small | best for small or shallow pots with plant roots about 5 cm ( 2 inches) deep

Medium | best for pots 12-18 cm (4.7 to 7 inches) in diameter
